Your medical health provider would advise to conduct a few tests to diagnose Amenorrhea:

First of all, he would like to take your blood test to check hormones level secreted by your pituitary glands and the ovaries. He might also ask you for the Ultrasonography of the pelvis to determine whether there is any abnormality in your genital tract or not besides he would also want to look for polycystic ovaries.
